I can't seem to be able to log in / I'm not receiving any email to reset my password

In rare circumstances, your email provider may block our E-Mails. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our side, but you could try the following:

  • Please try to use a different E-Mail host / provider, if you don’t get any answers from us within 24 hours.
  • Important – it needs to be a different E-Mail Provider and not just another E-Mail address!

I can't seem to be able to create an account / You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value

Please make sure, that you are entering the correct CAPTCHA.

 

Where can I find my Purchases?

To find a list of your purchases, you simply have to: 
1. log into your account
2. find and click the link “Purchase Overview” in the right hand menu.

Why doesn’t the download link in my receipt email work?

For security reasons, the download link in your email is only valid for several hours.
To find a list of your purchased downloads, you simply have to:
